Terrible Beauty

I finished this painting today in Open Studio. It had been a couple of weeks since I painted so it felt really good to get back to work. This is what it looked like last time I worked on it. This is my entry for the "Nature in the Balance" show that will take place this July at the Whatcom Museum. I am excited about the show. It will be a good one I am sure. It will feature local artists who are members of the museum. To see the finished painting large size, press "L".
