First BBQ guest

We invited a girlfriend for lunch. The weather behaved and Hubby did a great job of cooking. He also arranged the dessert and coffee - Kardinalschnitte and home made strawberry frozen yogurt. Kardinalschnitte is a heavenly slice of sponge, coffee cream and meringue bought by Hubby from the bakery. I have never tried to make them as I am not sure I could do it as well as our local bakery.
