A flower

Rather pretty, I think it's a variety of hardy geranium.  It's relatively low to the ground, so was keeping still at a time when the wind was quite gusty, and everything else I tried to photograph was waving around furiously.

I am currently bereft - my sewing machine has gone to Beccles for a service.  I'll have to get the macramé out again.
