Keep Fit/ Zumba this morning…quite tough!

Watered the garden front and back this afternoon in the warm sunshine…

An early evening walk along the river Cocker in Cockermouth…no Kingfishers today, plenty of Dippers, and two Herons.

Here is one of them hoping to catch something nice for his tea!
