Crag Fell and Ennerdale Water

It was really peaceful as we walked by Ennerdale Water this morning...nobody about, just the Cuckoo in full song.

Later on we met a couple of dog walkers and a cyclist...

We ate our picnic lunch by the river Liza, (see ‘extra’ photo )which runs from Great Gable to Ennerdale Water.
