Cat Bells

Arrived in Keswick on Saturday for our walking week with our Ramblers Group.  
Our first walk started around Derwentwater and the beach area was about the quietest place in town.  The Lakelander Ironman Triathlon was taking place and the town is rammed with competitors and supporters.  Took advantage of this quiet part of the shore to shoot this image of Catbells.  I love this view.  The walk was about 11 miles and we made a roundabout route to Castlerigg which was also crowded then on to Latrigg Fell.  Interestingly, with the longest day imminent there were number of campers by the Stone Circle.  I wonder what they are there for!!!
