Downtown Windsor Place - Gangsta

Had seen a comment on facebook that there had been a car on fire on Windsor Place. Had forgotten about it. Then when out for a walk, I spotted this. Doesn't look good. Don't know the history. Tarmac on road had cracked/melted. That must have been blazing.
