Jess will miss Luke and Laura, who were back on the train to Edinburgh this afternoon. So will I.

We had a relaxed kind of day. Played a game of Cluedo which is always a hoot as we all bluff and double bluff like mad. Luke and Laura cooked lunch - a lovely summer veg risotto with peas, beans, courgettes, mint and lemon. We spent some time enjoying the sunshine in the garden, then all too soon it was time for them to go :-(
