This is the rose that keeps on giving - it flowers reliably from the Summer  to the Winter Solstice, so long as it is dead headed. Unlike the lovely delicate pale pink rose at the front of the house which is done and dusted by the end of June.

I took the car to the garage before work this morning and it has a new tyre, and the oven has a new element so we are good to go. Work was busy and I did some shopping before coming home for a walk in very humid conditions. My feet felt quite tired after yesterday. I'm going to take it easy this evening :-)
