Branklyn Gardens

I met my mum and brother, who is up from Essex for a couple of weeks, at Branklyn Gardens in Perth. This National Trust garden is always beautiful and on this visit the star of the show was the meconopsis in full bloom. We then went to the McMillan coffee shop at Quarrymill and after some lunch had a nice woodland walk along the river.
When I got home I went out into the garden to cut down the rest of the buddleia. There is now a large stump left which I'll leave for the man coming to do the work to get out!
