Maisie Amongst the Aftermath….

Early walk with Maisie this morning. Here she is beside the rushing water which is now quietening down. However it can be easily seen that a few days ago the river was flowing over the long clumps of grasses in the foreground.
Daughter Margaret is here from Wellington. Duncan is visiting as well. Last night Keith, Margaret, friend Dawn and I dined at “Subway” at the Stadium and then went to see an amazing movie “Cruella”. The best I have seen in ages.
