Pause

After a severe massage to try and ease the knee/hamstring situation I needed a pause before doing the foodshop. So I got myself a coffee and sat with this lovely orchid display around me, glad of a sunny morning and the gentle sounds of distant dogwalkers and birds. Sometimes I need a reminder that being here is about Being Here, not fussing about jobs and projects!

After the foodshop it was home to gardening (knees permitting) a quick bite to eat and then golf in the evening. The weather has changed from summer back to chilly spring again. No wonder my garden doesn't quite want to wake up fully ...
