Reflection

After yesterday evening's lovely moon, I decided to head out late this evening to get a much better shot of tonight's full moon/supermoon/Strawberry moon.  I set of with my camera, my tripod and a selection of lenses to a spot where I thought I might find a suitable foreground as a foil to the rising moon behind.  However, despite a break in the clouds to the west and overhead, there was a solid bank of cloud to the south and the east, so the moon was hidden, and was likely to remain so for some time, at least until the moon was too high in the sky to get the image I had imagined.

Today's blip, therefore, is a rather uninspiring shot taken in the park this afternoon.

The joys of the British summer.
