World's tallest

Kingda Ka, the green roller coaster, is the tallest coaster in the world. It's 456 feet (139 meters) tall. The drop tower attached to it is Zumanjaro: Drop of Doom. That's the tallest drop ride in the world. It's 415 feet (126 meters) tall.

Jill and I were at Six Flags Great Adventure for the new coaster, Jersey Devil. We got two rides. It's excellent. I have no photos of it because we didn't have time to take our cameras in. This photo is from the parking lot. With shorter hours because of the pandemic, a large crowd and a four-hour drive to get there, it just wasn't possible to get photos. Next time we might have to get a hotel -- and visit more parks.

We rode Jersey Devil, Nitro and Zumanjaro, and I got a solo ride on El Toro. It was fun.

The drive home took us on a different route, so I got to visit Delaware. We crossed a beautiful bridge over the Delaware River and into Wilmington, which has a newspaper I occasionally edit. That was neat. Does it count as visiting a new state if you just drive though?
