A day in the life

By Shelling

Day after yesterday

We left yesterdays Midsummer celebration late this morning, having spent the night, since none of us was fit to navigate a car last night.

The extra is a magnificent rose from our hosts garden, a Moschata-rose Ghislaine de Féligonde. Now in full bloom.

We came back home around 12 and then, after quite a slow afternoon, I had a long walk through the warm but dubious looking weather and then even yoga happened before an evening meal of strawberries and ice-cream.

As a treat before going to bed early, I'm going to watch the last episode of "Good Omen" written by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett,  directed by Douglas Macinnon. Well worth watching, I think.
