Falls of Clyde

A fantastic  walk up to the falls of Clyde  from New Lanark  and while we were on route got the fabulous  news that my newest Great niece had arrived. Isla is a wee cutie and I hope to get a cuddle on our return. 
Our journey continues as we headed  to our first booked stop just outside Dumfries for some time in Dark-sky Country with peace and quiet.  We'll  explore for the next two days and retrace some old holiday  haunts to see if I  I remember  them correctly.  Of course I won't,  it's  40 years since I've  been here. I was just a wee lassie.
