At the skate park

What a glorious day for the start of lockdown. This morning I went for my usual walk with friend J around Sydney Park but I don't take my camera. It's just not a snapping activity. It was however my first look at the latest batch of cygnets and what cuties the five of them are. There was a sixth, found inexplicably dead, being autopsied at Taronga Park Zoo.

This afternoon I went back to the park and it was even more packed than this morning. The main shows activity at the skate park, and the extra has some cygnets. I love swan parents. They are so protective.

Some people are missing the pub. M went up this pm to fill up his jar of take away Guinness. All's right with the world.
