In Which There Is Pizza!

Do I ever get tired of pizza? The short answer is No!

I make my own pizzas from time to time, but I took the easy route on this day, for lunch. Our local Brothers Pizza (which we call "the local bistro") sells frozen pizzas, both cheese and pepperoni, for around $5, and we often pick up two or three for our freezer.

This one started out as a cheese pizza. All I had to do was dice up the onions, green peppers, and our own pepperoni. We also added a bit of our own shredded cheese. Pop it in the oven, and it comes out looking just like this. Mangia!
