Making hay .....

A(n other) quiet day at home - I did some Gaelic, made bread and smoked salmon and spinach lasagne (blasta). 

We went for a walk after tea- the evening light was lovely and there were plenty of others doing the same. It felt almost like "normal".

Now watching “Gruth is Uachdar” / "Crowdie and Cream" on BBC Alba which is about life in Hebrides in 1930s, which is based on a true account. Really interesting but brutal at times including children getting beaten for speaking Gaelic at school.
