Today for the first time since the pandemic our monthly walking club met for a walk.  Normally the purpose of the club is to use our numbers to organise a coach trip allowing us to walk further afield, but to date this is against the restrictions, so we all met locally at Strathclyde Loch, where I took a photo before we started to walk.

We left the loch, though, and headed to Baron's Haugh, where there is a small loch and a hide for spotting birds.  It was a good choice, as it was very warm, and this path has lots of shade which was very welcome.  The paths were lovely with lots of wild flowers and following the river.

There was little activity at the hide, so I have not shown any pictures of it, but I have added an extra collage for some of our time.

It was really good to see everyone again, although lots of us have met up in small groups over the last months.  It was good to be all together.

Well done, England!!!!
