23C is a bit too hot, so we made for the coast where it was a pleasant 20C.  A lot of people had the same idea!  This is the first weekday of the school holidays and this town was a destination for a lot of teenagers, who had gathered in a large crowd.  The police had come along to monitor it, but there was no trouble, it was a happy gathering. We had a chat with one of the policemen, and it is definitely true that policemen are getting younger, he looked as if he was not yet out of school himself.  My age is showing, I guess. 

I took my blip further along the beach where it was much quieter, and had a lovely view of Arran in the distance.
