Had pour-over coffee and a delicious (vegan) coffee walnut cake at Dane & Port with ‘G today. Accompanied her to M&S first. Hope I haven’t been too (Covid) reckless.
In the morning first attempt at making sauerkraut. Had a small white cabbage. Enough for 1 jar. Now have to wait for a couple of weeks.
Grilled polenta with peperonata for dinner, while watching the Match of the Year. Both brilliant. Then to follow chargrilled aubergine slices (blipped), drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice.
Yawning now. Time for bed
