He’s home!

A phone call from the vets at 9 gave the good news that Phin had slept well and was quite awake and ready to play. They were pleased with his progress and if all continued to go well they’d be happy to let us take him home at 7pm.

Spent the morning catching up on blip and sorting the washing before heading to the shopping centre to pick up some birthday presents for Miss PHL who turns 23 on Sunday. Presents bought I also managed to buy 2 dresses and a top for me. I was lucky enough to buy the dress as it was being marked down for sale so save £21!

Home to make a roast chicken dinner - not sure why I thought that would be a good idea on such a hot day, but it was tasty.

Collected Phin at 7 and he seemed pleased to see us. He had a small amount of dinner, took his painkillers (wrapped in cheese), cuddled up in his new bed and fell fast asleep. Hopefully he will sleep all night as that will help the healing process.
Thank you for your good thoughts.
