It's a fly

Not a lot to say about it, other than it was co-operative.

I've seen a red admiral (butterfly), a meadow brown, a huge bit of dog poo mess which I managed to avoid, a few fat-legged flower beetles.  The bugs are coming out to play.  And I rescued a ladybird larvae from the dustbin lid and put it in amongst a lot of blackfly on the nasturtiums.  That was my good deed for the day (unless you're a blackfly).

A bit of gardening and a lot of clearing up, followed by a trip to the osteopath, followed by a bit of tennis and reading in the sun.
