The Woods

It's been busy today because it's James's birthday tomorrow and he has a couple of friends coming round to have a socially distanced visit. He's had both jabs, and we have excellent ventilation (the French windows give us an open wall onto the garden). It should be OK.

But it meant I wanted to get some cleaning done. I do miss Susana and hope we can have her back soon, because having someone else to clean means I've more energy for other things. It was satisfying though to make the downstairs a bit more appealing.

Neil and I just had time for a little pootle through the woods. It was lovely out today - finally some nice June weather. Hang on, it's July. Oh well, lovely anyway!
