Living roof

Up bright and early as Ben, the plumber, was due to arrive first thing to service our boiler. When he hadn't turned up by 11.00am I left MrM to let him in, and went round to Jacqui's for coffee in her garden. Vicki came along too, and it was good to catch up.

Popped in to the Co-op for some essentials on the way home. Called in to the Good Life Shop too, and came out with some lime cheese as well as the porridge oats and marmalade on the shopping list. It looked too good to resist.

Ben finally arrived at 3.30pm, but better late than never, and the boiler should be fine for another year. Yoga in the evening - quite a strenuous session, but enjoyable all the same. This is the view from one of the windows on the first floor of the Cheviot Centre, where yoga is held. It's a 'living roof', and the sedums are starting to flower.
