Clematis

Round to Jacqui's again this morning, this time to help with a little gardening. Sunny and very warm, and it was a pleasure to be outside!  Managed to cut the front lawn (small, but quite strenuous as it's on a 45deg slope) and most of the back lawn, with a break for coffee and a chat in between, before having to dash home for delivery of a supermarket order.

After a bite to eat, I tackled several little chores, and  finally got round to booking tickets for a local 'Folk and Fiddles' concert in August, for which there is a very strange seating plan due to social distancing. Also did some online ordering - a couple of 'handy bands' and a hat. But I hate wearing a hat! Until about a month ago, my hair was long and thick and then, alarmingly, great patches started falling out. No obvious cause, blood tests revealed nothing, and my lovely GP  has no idea if it will grow back or more will depart. As yet the bald patches aren't obvious, so for now it will be a cover-up exercise. Sigh...

Friday wine this evening!
