Catch the morning light

One of the benefits of living close to the coast (never sure if it is the sea or the river) is that there are lots of tiny fishing villages scattered along the area. I've never been to the harbour at Port Seton before but am so glad I did this morning. The lobster pots led toward the line of birds sat on the pier also watching the first rays of light in the morning.

I must have been mad after taking this photo, on the drive back I thought it would be a good idea to have a walk up Arthurs Seat, which I did but by this time the morning light had been hidden by the clouds and rain so it is with damp hands I'm typing this!

I think this will be my Weekly Blip Challenge entry with the theme of CATCH
