Black Cat

A Black Swallowtail butterfly caterpillar enjoying the fennel. We've had so much rain lately that our fennel plants, which are growing in containers, are basically drowning. We do have a few left for these little munchers. The Swamp Milkweed that we grow for the Monarch Cats is doing swimmingly well, of course. It thrives in the wet conditions.
