Friday: Red Currants & Ox-eye Daisies

A warm and sunny day, temperature around 20°C all day, MrD on deliveries all day and I took myself off shopping.
Called in the farm shop at the place with the long name and had a nice chat with the lady there and bought some local honey.
Then to "Pringles" bought myself some very comfy shoes and 2 polo shirts for MrD.
Grocery shopping at the Co-op, nice chat there with the young assistant who plays football for an Anglesey team wishing him luck for the game tomorrow against a team on the mainland!
Roads very busy and lots of impatient drivers - not a good mix :-((
YES … in answer to all the questions from gardeners … the blackbirds have spotted the red currants … one very guilty looking female had a bunch of them in her beak early this morning … love sharing with the wildlife!
