A Sweet Smell

I took another bike ride today to collect my car ... this time mainly downhill and only about 4.5 miles. I was also gratified to find the most of the trip was on cycle paths, which given the explosion in traffic since I last rode was most welcome!

Back in the garden, I found that after many years of trying with varying success, this year I finally had some sweet-smelling sweet pea flowering.
