Snap, crackle, and pop

It's Date Night Dinner tonight. Mr L bought some blue cheese yesterday in Grand Frais so today I have been baking seeded olive oil crackers. They have poppy and caraway in them and according to Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall (sp?) the caraway goes well with blues.

Before the cheese we have lamb and samphire. For after the cheese I have made Prosecco jellies with diced Nectarine embedded, using honey instead of sugar. In a moment of either madness (or divine inspiration) I included a touch of orange flower water. I hope that works out okay.
