Soldiering on

A busy day at work again but things should get a little easier as the new boss started today. After work I picked Julie up from Tesco with the weekly shop. Once that was away I got changed and then went for a walk to search out a blip. A walk along the river bank to see what I could find. I spotted a few Soldier beetles and managed to grab this shot of one on a thistle head. I like the way you can see its eye most probably watching me.
Back home now tea out the way and now watching some super League rugby on TV.
