Caen Hill (Tuesday July 6th 2021)

If I hadn't glanced a sight of a swan on the Crammer in Devizes this afternoon it would have been a swanless day for me, as there weren't any around at Devizes Wharf or at the Caen Hill locks. I walked halfway down the flight looking for them, and back as far as the Prison Bridge. This glimpse of narrowboat life was taken at the Moorings.
In the absence of swans I had to resort to photographing kayakers at Devizes Wharf.
