Life amongst death

We visited Brookwood Cemetery today with a group from the Horsham U3A.  A fascinating place, now covering some 400 acres with some 235,000 interments.
Among all the tombstones we saw this deer - life amongst death.  It seemed fairly used to people as it carried on grazing, just looking up from time to time to see we were not trying to creep up on it.
