Future oaks

A wet and miserable day today and we have hardly been outside.
So I am posting a picture of the oak trees that I have grown from acorns - the back one was planted in 2018, the front two are from acorns planted last year, 2020.
If they do OK I shall see if the gardening team can plant them somewhere suitable in the grounds.
I have jokingly (half seriously) suggested that they can plant my remains under one of the trees in a few years time - but not too soon, I hope!
