My muse ♥

Fed the birds* and did some shopping in the morning.

Went for my first run in 2 weeks this evening - I was overly warm and struggled a bit but no aches and pains at least. Legs were strong but brain felt tired! Can't win hehe.

*yes, that's a bit of cheese at the side of Russ's beak ;-)
