Elderflower crop

With nothing there seven years ago, our garden is coming on and we are now self reliant for our Elderflower. Today was the day Tricia started the process of making this year's batch of Elderflower Cordial.
With apples on the trees, rhubarb, gooseberries, black and red currants, it is all happening. 
Not quite the same as the cherries, strawberries and asparagus we are currently imssing in the Ardeche....
