With the weather a warm 22C, we headed to Monknash, Vale of Glamorgan Heritage Coast, South Wales, to do one of our favourite walks. The tide was out so we enjoyed a mile walk along the beach and the tide lapped in. Stunning views and with the sunshine and fresh air, it was soup for the soul. The photo' I like most is of a seat facing out to a sea view of the Bristol Channel and English coastline.

We stopped at the Cliff top cafe for a cuppa and chatted to our friend and owner Tony before the couple of miles back to the car when we had a brew in a farm field entrance before the journey home.
