June Bug

This is a common green June beetle, or June bug. Years ago The Husband and I used to call them "clunkers" because they seem so uncoordinated and clunk around wildly. And they're not small, so they make a distinct CLUNK when they hit the screens in the windows at night, attracted by the light. Look at its fancy antennae things!
