Grisedale

There was orienteering today up high on Angle Tarn  Pikes where there is a very nice tarn. Its my birthday today which usually means a swim and Angle Tarn would do nicely if it wasn't so very high up, I've already swum in it  and I had had a splendid swimming adventure on Friday. So I forsake the swim, let Mr P go orienteering high up on the Pikes while I walked with N ( whose husband was also up high on the Pikes) and Finn the dog.  We walked from Patterdale over to Glenridding  via Grisedale, for afternoon tea and back.  I think that's three afternoon teas in a row now.
