Summer heath

Got out for a nice walk around the wild bits of the heath at lunchtime today.  I'm slowly learning the names of all the wildflowers, with the help of Google Lens :)

Had a good work day, with a nice catch up with Mags and Char this afternoon.  Finished work about 6pm, had a phone call from my friend Lizzie (who has just moved into a rental property with her family while their house is being extended), and then Tim and I drove over to B&Q to pick up a new valve for our drippy bathroom tap, and the paint for our bedroom wall.  Tim fitted the new valve this evening, and did a good job (a bit of bodging was required, but it seems to have been successful).
