Wednesday: Beaumaris

Up early as is our habit at the moment. Overcast first thing but sun soon burned through.
Drove to Beaumaris mid-morning and joined a longish queue to park on The Green. Picked up my empty RNLI collection box from the shop, chatted with the volunteers on duty, bought some little gifts and a fabric face mask, which is more comfortable and less wasteful than the throw away ones - got one for MrD too!
Temperature around 23°C, which wasn’t very nice for driving.
Beaumaris too crowded … I drove down the coast then up through Penmynydd to go shopping in Lidl - needed to re-stock the freezer.
Glad to get home and sat in the garden (in the shade) eating a mini pizza.
