New day

An early start to get my second Pfizer vaccine this morning. Afterwards, I met up with a friend for a restorative coffee and we threw caution to the wind and went for a slap up Indian lunch by way of celebration.

An afternoon of retail therapy finished off a very enjoyable day. No, I didn’t really need to buy more summer clothes, but they were in the sale!

There has been much discussion lately about possible side effects of the second jab however, 12 hours in and I feel ok so fingers crossed tomorrow’s not a write off! Although an excuse to lie on the sofa all day watching movies would be very welcome.
