Sedum

I thought this piece of sedum had just broken off from the bigger plant which is to the right along the sidewalk. I was wrong. In the few days we were away from home this past week the thing rooted in the crack here.

I guess I will just leave it right where it is for now.

Plants are so amazing! When people complain about climate change I think they forget the climate has changed since before man ever stepped on the earth. Plants and most animals have adapted and survived. Man needs to learn how to adapt to survive also.
