Crown of thorns

When I drive down to the beach last Friday to see my cousins I also stopped by to see my friend Nell.

She loves flowers and had this crown of thorn plant waiting for me. Her plant is about three feet tall with so many blooms. The thorny stalk looks like it would really hurt if it stuck you!

Hoping I can keep this blooming!

Finished reading The Venice Sketchbook. A good story but I was a little disappointed at how the author wrote the ending.
