My mesembryanthemum (what a great name!) stayed firmly closed all day, a sure sign that the sun ain't shining. Not a cold day, just very breezy and grey cloud.

I spent time in the community garden mostly deadheading. Good to meet up with a lady I've not seen for some years and to get some a proper gardening fix.

I vanquished a large basket of ironing this afternoon, a good, mindless task, the sort I like, with The Open blethering on in the background!
