Another reunion

And a bit like a blind date.  One of Mr HB’s Canadian half-nieces, Kyla and her husband who live in Edinburgh are on holiday in Cornwall and we had a great meet up at lunchtime at West Pentire.  Mr HB hadn’t seen Kyla for many years and I had never met either of them so we wondered if we should take name boards with us?!  Turned out it wasn’t at all necessary and very soon we all dropped into easy conversation on all sorts of subjects, joint interests and with lots and lots of good family catching up for Kyla and Mr HB.  Hopefully we will see them both again soon (I have another ‘Matilda’ trip in mind up to Scotland!!).
 
It has been another very warm day.
