A Shuggy Coo

It was such a joy to have sunshine today.  
After working frantically with the Blurb book for most of the morning and into the afternoon it was so refreshing to get outside for a walk.  We just did the block and this handsome fellow lives along the road, he gave me the look as I snapped off this photo. 
The rain has stopped over on the West Coast and around Blenhim but the devastation is now becoming evident.  Unbelievable damage, seeing one family showing the viewers the height of the water through his house.  He was standing in his lounge the water level was eye level. Seeing hundreds of dead cattle washed up on the beaches was so upsetting.
