Two for one!

Today was actually dry and sunny all day! In the afternoon we visited Chaparral State Nature Preserve, which I had come across last year, and we had visited last August. Unfortunately it was a bit early for peak bloom, when all the Blazing star (Liatris) is out - some of it was beginning to come out - but there were plenty of other meadow flowers, and accordingly bees and some butterflies to be seen
